It was 2 phase interviews: -1-Business / Marketing Department I was really impressed by the representative. she has good business plan and she seems to targeting the preserved commodities, which is good. Very knowledgeable of all components and tenants involved in the chain. The other thing i really liked was the pending contracts coming in. So, business roadmap is a " A". -2- I.T Departments I was really disappointed by their performance. It is quite clear that most of the core functionalities functions are being developed overseas and the oversight is the U.S. In addition, the 2 directors don't have a clear vision and follow a sketchy architecture model. So, I really doubt their capabilities of delivering results. I would grade them as "C" It is a good company with great potential. Business is good. I.T is bad. So, I would recommend going long on pending contracts and shorting the robot advisory services (which is developed by the 2 directors).
