Submitted my resume online, was called 3 months later for an interview. 1st interview was with the Ontario Inside Sales Manager, which was quite casual and informal. He joked around a bit with the questioning line, but also asked some questions such as "tell me about yourself", "why do you want to work here", "what is going on with the market right now", etc. Probably about 50 minutes in total. 2nd interview was with HR, and was a standard list of behavioral questions such as "tell me about a time when you had success" "tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult client", "tell me about your biggest strength/weakness" Probably 30 minutes in total 3rd interview was over the phone with the national inside sales manager, and was very short and similar to the first interview, more conversational, asked about my background of employment history, education, and why I wanted the job. About 20 minutes long Got a call back the same day from HR and was offered the position. Did not negotiate salary.
