Terrible attitude toward applicant's time. Dont apply unless you are referred because that is who is hired only. Recruiter who first contacted me shared gossip about why resignations - very unprofessional. Then phone interviewer with a manager. Was told there would be an interview and a writing test. When recrutier called I said both should be on same day and was told writing test first. Important because many non voluntary resignations of poor writers. Did not sound like a high calibre bund. Was told I rocked writing test - then interview with manager already spoke to on phone. Then interview with more senior person. Long wait and a run around by HR. Had to soft pedal for two weeks due to collection of hard earned bonus. Then told only referred people get hired. Found out through a professional group that this miracle referred employee never onboarded and a kid without required experience external to co got job
