First round was Aptitude, I don’t see why a research has to go through just a tough exam. Even Deloitte such a process considering they are paying on the higher end. Totally not worth it for Franklin templeton.

Interview
The interview process was first held by phone with a call from the HR department. Then, there was a phone interview with the managers and a final, in person interview with the team. The team asked me several questions about my research process and walked me through their process. Overall, extremely nice and intelligent people whom conducted a thoughtful interview process.
