Interview
Lengthy phone interview with HR rep. 1 hour phone call asking about each experience and a TON of situational questions. But she was a good rep and explained everything and kept me updated on the process. Went onsite with the supervisor. Went to same university, same major, same teachers, same hobbies, I had ample experience. I think it went well(?) but I did ask a question about the financial stability of the company because the stock price has plummeted. Maybe that messed me up. Anyways, I had to do another phone interview with a lady in Florida who I'd be in contact with. Phone interview went badly. She didn't let me speak, kept talking but sounded nervous? Weird combo. Tried to interject to explain my experiences and connect, but never seemed natural. Was hoping the onsite manager would overrule this interview but nope. Sort of pissed I didn't get the job. Work there seemed repetitive and kept to yourself.
