Interview
The interview process was fairly simple. It consists of one phone call asking general questions and then if they reached out to you again, you would do a Zoom virtual interview. The second interview was done by two individuals and it was general interview questions. I thought the second interview was kind of dull as they asked pre-written questions and it was not much of a conversation.

First you get a phone screen and then they schedule you for an hour long in-person interview that’s supposed to be only 30 minutes. Realized that the position wasnt for me during the interview.

Interview
I was under the impression that the interview would be 30 minutes but it ended up being an hour long. The questions started off as basic childcare related questions but then it just kept going and going and going and honestly if you never worked with children before then you’ll probably be stuck on some of the responses. Overall I’ll give it a 6.5/10.
