Interview process began meeting with two HR staff that asked questions about my job history and other questions that were tailored to seek information on why I wanted to work in ABA. Now that we have entered the current post-Covid restrictions phase, tours of the clinic location typically follow to allow the individual to see what the site looks like.

Question 1
What experience do you have working with children or children with Autism/special needs/other developmental delays or disabilities?
First you get a phone screen and then they schedule you for an hour long in-person interview that’s supposed to be only 30 minutes. Realized that the position wasnt for me during the interview.

Question 1
A lot of what would you do specially for autistic children.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fraser (Brooklyn Center, MN) in Apr 2026
Interview
I was under the impression that the interview would be 30 minutes but it ended up being an hour long. The questions started off as basic childcare related questions but then it just kept going and going and going and honestly if you never worked with children before then you’ll probably be stuck on some of the responses. Overall I’ll give it a 6.5/10.
