I had an initial phone screening with HR. Followed by a straight-forward interview with the hiring manager and then a final interview with the VP. No trick questions throughout the hiring process; I accepted the offer.
Call with HR and then the hiring manager. Never heard back from anyone even after reaching out so I assume I didn't get the job. I am fine with not getting the job, but I feel like it's pretty disrespectful to not even send an automated rejection.

A lot of the questions were behavioral which I was not prepared for. I guess the little experience that I had totally out weigh the fact that I just graduated from school, therefore I didn't encountered a lot of the situations to apply how I dealt with it.
