The interview content and interviewees throughout the initial screenings and thru the video interview calls with the decision makers were extremely professional, organized, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed meeting everyone I came in contact with and had a great feeling about the organization. The issue was the timing of the entire process. I have grown accustomed to the unnecessary number of interviews, but there was in many cases a 3-to-4-week gap before any update, not to mention, I was extremely qualified with a niche skillset desired for the role. I applied in October and I ended up having to accept a position on the bank lending side prior to even finishing the final interview, which was in May.
