Applied to multiple positions - finally heard back after 3 months for one of them. (I still have open applications from 2023). Was told I would hear back within a couple days and with no shocker radio silence. I want to know what these recruiters could possibly be doing all day if I still have open applications from 2023, and cant respond to follow up emails.

Hirevue type then in persons, it was an interesting experience but i think relatively rewarding. I was able to sharpen my skills in interviewing but the questions were pretty hard. heard back in like a week to a week and a half
