Interview
It was a fairly typical interview process. Two phone interviews and then flown out for in-person interview. The initial discussion focused on general competencies, organizational culture and relocation package. Second call, with a Director, went over the details of what the position was and responsibilities. The in-person meeting, really focused on the responsibilities and the team.

Interview
Very long time for someone to get back for every round of the interview. Recruiting department is very slow and non responsive. Overall management is better at answering questions. Usually takes around 3 rounds of interviews, recruiter, hiring manager, team interview and vp or director level interview.

Phone interview followed by flying me out to Tysons Corner Virginia for a group interview. They paid for the flight and hotel and food. The interview consisted of questions being asked by a panel of mangers and assistant managers within the department.
