First was talks with a Sourcer, who is a contractor for Freddie Mac. She sent my resume out to various hiring managers. From there I had talks with a Director of a department, we were able to hit it off and had an awesome interview. Sourcer got back to me and said that the interview went well and I was near the top of their list. Sourcer and I went through the talks of salary, what it would take to get me to sign up, etc., then I got a message from the Sourcer saying I had to talk to the Manager I would be reporting to, and that it was a formality. End up talking to the Manager the next day, then was told 2 days later that I was not selected. So there was obviously some mass miscommunication between the Myself, Sourcer and Recruiter.
