Interview
Had an in-person interview from a recruiter. They just mentioned that they were looking for big 4 experience, even though obviously I never worked at any of those firms. It made no sense to bring me in for an interview if that was the case. They asked me some pointless questions and that was it. The recruiter was not even dressed professionally.
Three interviews and the process is very lengthy and all interviews are video interviews. Questions were not hard at all and at the first interview itself educated on the expectations of the job.

Relaxed, casual interview process. First was online with no interviewer. Second was two separate zoom calls. No hard questions, conversational. Asked me about myself and what I did previously. No technical questions

First round interview which was two behavioral interviews with a few technicals sprinkled into one of them. Very informative and welcoming. Really enjoyed it. It seemed like an interesting job.
