1 interview with HR, 1 with a manager, and then they schedule you for 2 interviews on Freddie Day. This year Freddie Day was cancelled due to the snow, so all the candidates had to do phone interviews instead. The hiring team kept us all waiting for weeks and weeks with little to no communication. To me, it was very disorganized and unprofessional. I took an offer elsewhere and pulled out of the candidate pool.

The whole process took over 3 months, and the big "Freddie Day" was canceled due to snow. They ask you to rank top 3 and locations and act like its guaranteed. They relied on phone interviews to hire candidates. HR was all over the place and not clear with the next steps.
