Interview
The interview proces begins with a phone screening from a recruiter in human resources and then after asking basic questions of "Why Freddie Mac" and a brief background check, you are evaluated by the department you applied for on another interview.
As an intern candidate, I then received a second phone interview from the group I was supposed to be working with during the summer and they ran through a 25-minute behavioral interview with me leaving 5 minutes for questions.
After the completion of a phone interview, an offer was extended 5 business days later.

Question 1
Tell me about a time of change. How did you use someone else's criticism to change yourself?
There was a hirevue, and then a final interview. The hirevue was pretty sandard. The final interview was pretty behavioral with just asking technical questions about resume. The response times were pretty quick overall. Overall, good interview experience and well ran.
2 virtual rounds, all behavioral based with resume questions and experience related questions. Very simple and nice, process moved extremely quick. You hear back relatively early and have 30 days to accept your offer

Interview
Very quick. Hirevue and one 30 minute interview as a final round. Heard back in two days. Overall great experience and were very clear and communicative throughout the process. Heard back a while after I applied but from hire vue to offer timeline was less than 2 weeks.
