I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Freddie Mac (Reston, VA) in Mar 2017
Interview
It was a 2-step interview-30 min on phone and 1-hour face-to-face interview. I cleared the phone interview and the hiring manager was impressed and schedule for the second one face-to-face. The description was pretty much related to the manual testing but they were more into automated testing. Asked a lot about agile testing procedure.
3 rounds of interview:
1st -> Vendor
2nd -> Client
3rd -> QA Management
it was a solid interview combination of technical and coding and including the daily base activity and challenge questions
