Interview
Two phone interviews followed by a on-site interview that consist of 3-4 interviewers questioning you with a technology analyst present. One interview is technical, the other two are more or less to see whether you fit within the organization. They fly you to VA if you live out of state. All candidates are setup in a nearby hotel. The process for the on-site interview lasts 2 days.

Pre recorded questions you had to answer. They gave you a practice question and then gave you about a minute to answer each question. They also gave you a few seconds between asking the question and requiring you to answer for you to gather your thoughts.

Very nice hiring manager. Interview was mostly behavioral and asked about prior experiences that relate to the position. Only thing was that it was a tad bit fast, only like 30-40 min

two rounds of interviews one video interview and another face to face interview done virtually, both were simple not very hard on the technical side. Follow ups are little to non existent, very bad communication after the interview is done.
