Interviewed for an underwriting role. The interview itself was about 2 hours long. Met with 5 different people. It seemed excessive with everyone asking the same questions. Overall, it could have been a more comfortable experience.

A half of an hour interview with a small panel of the underwriting team. They asked general background questions as well as more targeted research and technical questions. They were very friendly and professional and the questions felt appropriate to the job description.

It was casual but strange. I was suppose to meet with 3 people on the team. Ended up talking to just the associate, who doesn't make the hiring decision so I was pretty sure I wasn't going to get the job.
