Applied online. About a month later was contacted to do a WebEx Virtual Interview. Be sure to know what Freddie Mac does during that portion. Then after about a month of waiting was invited to Freddie Day. Questions were all about your experiences and then they dove into your answers to really understand who you are as a person and worker. Very enjoyable experience and my interviewers were very upbeat and personable.
My interview was pretty laid back, 2 interviews which lasted about 30-45 mins each. Keep in mind it was an entry level position coming out of college but they know you’re fresh. Show your desire to learn and it will be okay. It’s a great company with lots of potential.

Question 1
They will ask about previous employment if you’ve had any, and also about school projects. Do do your research about the company and how it makes money.
Very chill. Basic questions, when were you challenged? How do you solve problems? Fairly generic interview questions. Also asked what do you know about Freddie and why do you want to work there?
