Interviewer seemed more interested in me learning about her position at the company than the job I was being screen for. She demonstrated overall that the company has a sweat shop mentality with zero cultural values.

Straightforward. Phone interview and on-site session with three employees. Wasn’t too difficult of an interview and felt comfortable with the interactions. Ended up accepting an offer at another company but Freddie Mac was a solid experience.
