It was an extremely pleasant and rather swift process. I met with the recruiter who was with very responsive the entire time. After each round (there were 3) I followed-up with an update and each time there was a pre-selection of time, followed-up with a confirmation email the day before. Everyone I met with was very nice and had great things to say about the company and the role. HR took into consideration my other applications and actually moved me to something that I was best qualified for. Overall timing from initial phone screen to offer, was about 3 weeks. Background check took another week to complete. I was extremely pleased with this experience since I've dealt with other companies that weren't as organized and nice.
