Interview
They called me and scheduled a phone interview. The interview lasted almost half an hour with additional questions from myself thrown in. Since my job would be in IT, they asked me for my definition of three technical terms and I defined them for them.
They asked me about situations where I succeded and where I failed in the past and what I would do differently.
Typical sort of interview but really fun, I thought.
A very relaxed atmousphere during the phone interview, almost felt like a conversation as opposed to an interview.
They called back in three hours with an offer.

Interview
Overall bad experience. For the IT internship, it is the application and, if you are selected, a HireView. That part wasn't terrible, it was interactions with the hiring team that was no great. I never got an official email about my rejection- I was simply ghosted. They were very vague with the decision timeline as well.
