I was interviewed/hired back in April/May 2020. Pretty easy overall - started off with a 30 min phone screening with the recruiter to go over my resume/background. Two days later, I was selected for a video interview with the director, hiring manager, and another manager in the same team. I had a one-on-one interview with each person for 30 minutes, so it was scheduled for an hour and a half. The interview with the director (which was the last of the three) ended up going for an hour, so the interview ended up being 2 hours long total. It was relatively easy - mostly talked about my background, skills, and experiences. A couple days after the interview, I received an offer. However, it took a while for the references and background check to go through. They do lowball you for the offer, so make sure to negotiate when
you can.
