I went through a vendor so got a pre screening questions with them first. Once they were ok they arranged interview with actual team looking for candidates. Had 1 hour phone interview with team members asking technical questions
it is good that they have the equal oppurtunity for all people.
I would like to achieve an opputunity there for working in any technical field as the culture is good.
