I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Freddie Mac in May 2024
Interview
The process constituted of SEVEN rounds of interviews. One with recruiter, one with hiring manager, and the rest with other stakeholders. The interview experience was good, but the HR experience was HORRIBLE. The whole cycle took more than seven weeks, the HR or the hiring manager never responded to my emails, and upon reaching out to them for an update, I got an immediate automated rejection mail! Unprofessional from the recruiting manager, as interviewed applicants in an advanced stage of recruitment at least deserve some feedback. Do not apply, but if you do, do not expect anything worthwhile from the company with such a horrible hiring culture.
