First round will be a video interview. Just basic behavioral questions. Tell me about yourself. Why this company? Why this role? If you pass the video interview, you will be invited to participate in the Freddie Day, which will consist of two interviews with future team members. One of the interviews will be behavioral interview, and the other will be technical interview. Know your stuff. Be prepared to explain your past projects in detail.

most corrupt process i've ever seen, don't bother if you're not related to someone. interviewer didn't even have their camera on and assumed that i "must not know much" before even asking me any questions

I did the first round interview which was digital and included filming myself answering prompts with a timer. That was 3 weeks ago and I never heard back from them. Bad communication
