Took a prerecorded interview before moving on to the second and final round of virtual interviews on their Freddie Day. My technical interviewer seemed sort of disinterested from the start, and they took about a month to respond, but the experience was overall pleasant.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Freddie Mac (Washington, DC) in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process was one video interview on hire view. If you make it to the next day you will participate in Freddie Day. Freddie Day consists of 2 behavioral/somewhat technical questions. Why this business etc. The process is somewhat long. Freddie day also has a panel where they teach you about the position and have a few presentations.
Pretty friendly people who mainly ask behavioral questions during the interview process. Make sure you have prepared answers, examples, and ending- interview questions for them so that the conversation is smooth
