I was selected to do an initial phone screen. It was a bit frustrating at first because you can tell the HR person is reading from a script and their is no genuine interaction. The answers to questions were written down, so I had to stop and repeat at times. Overall is was an okay interview process, and the HR person was very informative and friendly.
