Applied online. Was contacted by a recruiter from HR, then had a phone interview. Interview was standard stuff, nothing unusual. Interviewer would have been my boss, so they had a strong command of the job and answered questions well. Was told that I would hear back by a certain date for sure, but I had to email them a week after that date to find out that I had not moved onto the next round.
