I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Freddie Mac in Nov 2023
Interview
Virtual interview after initial application submission (similar to HireVue), Freddie Day (to learn more about the company), second-round interview with a panel/hiring manager.
Recruiters and College Cohort program managers were extremely helpful and insightful throughout the process. Interviewers were super interested in what my goals were and made sure to refer me to teams where my goals aligned.
