Interview
Applied in August. Did an online recorded interview in early September with prompts like “why freddie mac” “what are some of your strengths” “talk about a time you faced a challenge”. Second round (mid september) was a zoom interview with a hiring manager and two associate/mid level software engineers where they ask you a few behavioral questions and then have you solve a leetcode easy/medium. I did a third round (mid october) which was just a one on one zoom interview going over my resume with a team lead
1 web interview with pre-recorded questions and 2 minutes to respond to each. If this round is passed, another casual behavioral interview live on zoom. This was very caual. No technical interview.
