I applied online. I interviewed at Freddie Mac (McLean, VA)
Interview
Two phase process: 1 recorded interview and 1 virtual interview. Both interviews were behavioral and centered around your past experiences and how you are interested in working for Freddie Mac.
Don't care if I didn't get it just giving feedback. Honestly one of the worst companies for interns. They drag there interns over months due to how slow they operate. All of the recruiters and mentally challenged and wont reach out or answer the contact they gave you. I did round one and never head back for over 2-3 months and the recruiter said all the spots are filled. I don't mind not getting the position but according to their university summer interships/full time jobs zoom meeting they said they don't ghost their applicants they always respond. This is obviously not true as my applications were active for so long without any response. So I did round 1 and never heard back or was rejected. Seriously don't even think you will hear back the recruiters are all woke mentally challenged. DO NOT WORK HERE
