TLDR: I was ghosted twice on the first call and their tech is messy. I received an automated email saying I had already scheduled an interview, which I didn't. There was also no time or date so I replied to the recruiter that was attached letting them know. A second automated email came through asking me to set up a phone call via Teams. So this time I was able to schedule a time/date. A third automated email came through saying I was scheduled and there would be a Teams link so I could join the call - there was none. I showed up for my call, expecting maybe someone would send me the link at the time of the call (I've had other recruiters do this) and when nothing came through I emailed the recruiter. Crickets. I reached out a few more times, even in LinkedIn, and nothing. I waited 30 mins in case it was a technical error on their end, nothing. The recruiter sent me an email later that day saying the call wasn't on their calendar, they were busy, they accidentally responded to the automated system, and if we could do the call a few days later. I responded yes, I was free all that day. I have not heard back since.
