It was a face-to-face interview with the current supervisor and the entire Continual Process Improvement team, (they were use to conduct the technical portion of the interview). I didn't experience any problems, but after 3 months of employment the supervisor and director either retired or transferred to a different position within Freddie Mac. I was forced to accept new management that, in my opinion, didn't understand our current mission, so they decided to change our focus and mission. The entire team was disappointed and key members began to leave the program.
