Did a phone screen with the VP of Development and two other engineers. Went on-site. Met with VP of Development and two other engineers. VP's office was smaller than a hall bathroom. He answered e-mails the entire time I was there. He probably looked at me twice. Engineers talk about what they were doing, nothing out of the ordinary. CTO was cool. More salesy than tech and you get that when he's talking about the company.
