Very laid back, it was like an onboarding process where they asked nothing about my capabilities. They asked about what type of person I was and what I liked to do in my free time.
Met at a college career fair and then an interview followed. I interviewed with the people in charge of the group I was vying to be a part of. Then, depending on how the interview an offer will be sent.

Very relaxed, showed me around the office, wanted to get to know me, one person of the team I was applying to work with was brought into the interview because they worked in the town I went to college in, so they wanted to connect with me on a more personal level
