Too many interviews! Conducted an initial phone interview, second interview at the Fort Worth office and a third interview at the Dallas office. I felt like I was reiterating the same information over and over, just with different people. Having me drive an hour away to another office just to meet the admin supervisors was completely unnecessary. Also, there were WAY too many people involved - I met AT LEAST 11.
