First interview with an in-house recruiter, then an hour-long interview with two people from the corporate-level marketing department. Third interview was in person - I traveled across the country and sat for a three-hour interview process with six different people, rotating in two at a time. In some cases, they asked me the same questions, so it might have been best to interview with all six of them at once. But I enjoyed talking with all six of the people and got a good feeling, at the time, of what it would be like to work there. However, after three months between the time I submitted my application and the in-person interview, having flown across the country and spending so much time in their office, I knew it was down to me and two other candidates. Yet, they never contacted me to let me know whether I was or wasn't chosen. I reached out multiple times, to the people who had interviewed me as well as the HR staff, to ask about their decision. But no one would respond to me.
