I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fresenius Medical Care (Westchester, IL)
Interview
It was pretty simple. Phone interview, then in-office interview and meet with the team. I like the peer interview, because you get to ask questions about the culture of the company and the team, as well as who you are working with.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fresenius Medical Care (Jackson, MS) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. We agreed upon a scheduled time to interview. I made arrangements to schedule this interview while on my lunch break, and made the recruiter aware that I was using my break to speak with him. The recruiter called way after our scheduled time for the interview, by that time, I was unable to accommodate him. I personally had a bad feeling about the company because the recruiter was not respectful of my time. I am nimble and can understand when your schedule changes, but please let someone know.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fresenius Medical Care (Franklin, TN) in Oct 2015
Interview
The process started off with a phone interview. There was one interview in office that lasted one hour. The supervisor talked for most of that hour and asked me very easy questions off of a sheet. After that, I had a lunch interview with one of the Senior Recruiter in that group because she missed the inital interview. I was hired shortly after.
