I applied online and was contacted shortly after that (within a week or two) via email to schedule a phone screening. That went well. The recruiter went through my background and experiences and told me that she would be in touch about coming in for a formal interview. She emailed me and set up a time to go in for the interview. That went well and within a week I was back for a second interview and had an offer within a week. The recruiter was very professional but also very friendly and was a pleasure to work with.
