hiring process wasn't too bad nor the interview. Been to others with Davita that had 5 interviewing me. Just be honest, be yourself.Didn't wait too long before I was offered job.

General phone interview with questions regarding upcoming schedule and patient care experience. They will follow up with in-person interview depending on how that goes. Simple questions, say that the training will require three months.

Interview
The initial phone screening was not great, seemed rushed and uninteresting. Missing interpersonal skills for experienced people looking for a different work environment and showed lack of interest. The in person interview was fine but given off a physical list they were reading in front of you.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fresenius Medical Care (Neenah, WI) in Aug 2023
Interview
I'm an experienced hemodialysis technician trying to return to the field. I was interviewed for a float position, but was never told I didn't have a chance considering Fresenius has an unknown "Do not rehire" list which includes techs who quit. First, that is a ridiculous private policy that has direct effects on patient care and staffing. Second, the recruiter who reached out to give me a phone interview was inattentive, rude, unclear in questions, tried getting me to give specific patient names which is a violation of HIPAA, and I had to call him three times because he was too busy. The recruiting team at Fresenius really needs a revamp, and I hope I don't hear my friends who work for Fresenius complaining of being short staffed or working with unhelpful coworkers, because it's Fresenius' own fault, and I will continue sharing my experience. Thanks, but no thanks Fresenius.
