Interview
The interview process was handled great from the recruiter scheduling the interview to her scheduling the second round of interviews. The recruiter was extremely knowledgeable about the position, the culture of the organization, and the rewards of working at FMC. I was offered the position in few days and it was a true honor to accept the position with this amazing organization.

Question 1
I responded that the interview was easy because I was allowed to speak passionately about my interest in the role, my experience, and why I chose to pursue an opportunity at FMC. Most importantly, the group interview was handled extremely professionally by the panel interviews. I was able to determine by the behavioral questions that the interviewers were interested in earnestly finding the best fit! The interviewers also responded to my question about why they chose to work at FMC passionately. I could tell that they each enjoyed working at FMC even though they could work anywhere else that they remain at FMC because it is truly a great place to work for! This was exhilarating for me!
First interview was with a recruiter who didn’t know much about the position. Second interview was with the director. Laid back, completed remotely by MS teams. Friendly and welcoming made it easier to talk freely.
