I was contacted by a recruiter for this position, and I was grateful for how quick the process was. I had four interviews within a week after initially speaking with the recruiter. All of the interviews were fairly standard with basic interview questions repeated in each session. For example, every interviewer asked me to talk about myself and my work experience, give a strength, give a weakness, etc. The final interview was the only experience that differed slightly. The interviewer there asked what my greatest weakness was, but then proceeded to ask what my second and third greatest weaknesses were. I then only had to wait an additional week to hear back about the hiring decision.
