The called me months after I applied. Interviewed with two different people then said I was hired. Took over three weeks for HR to do their part. Had to do a urine drug test and a background check.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fresenius Medical Care (San Diego, CA) in May 2017
Interview
The interview was pretty informal and short. I first had a phone interview with a recruiter and upon passing that met with the Clinic Manager and had an in person interview which was also informal and short.
Once hired there was a wait before I could train as they wait for "welcome days" to orient new staff and these only happen once a month so if you just missed one you will have to wait an entire month before being oriented.
There is class training for a few weeks before you begin working in your clinic and directly with patients.
