Hiring event- group interview with about five managers for different clinics within the area. Each manager asked questions but was relatively short interview. Reviewed what the onboarding process and training process would entail. Overall was low stress.
Great interview - positive culture. The company itself has an amazing training program - very thorough on boarding. However, as is the case with most jobs, the management can make or break the environment. You need a manager who will tell it like it is and meet his/her promises and responsibilities.
