Started out with a phone interview from the recruiter, asked the basics about yourself and any experience in dialysis, why you want the job, expected salary, etc.
Group Interview with Clinic managers (social workers), and higher up. Got the feel of each other, making general conversation. Make sure you show them personality, that will set you out from others. Do your research on the company as well and incorporate that into your answers. Group interview was fun and laid back, a lot of laughs facilitated.
