First the recruiter calls and asks questions, about why your applying, then they sechedule a telephone interview with the manager, they ask for previous jobs experience and skills. The job does not require dialysis experience.

I had a over the phone interview with the recruiter and they sent my information to the clinic. I then got an in person interview with the clinic. I have not done it yet and have not gotten an offer yet

Two calls and one shadow opportunity. First call was a job description and the second was a call with clinic managers from multiple branches. Shadow apt was an hour long on the floor

Was contacted by a recruiter. Did the phone screening then she ghosted me. It takes 2 seconds to inform a candidate that they weren’t selected. I don’t know what’s up with recruiters nowadays but this is a very unprofessional practice that I wish recruiters start being held accountable for!
