met with the Clinic manager and Social Worker in position. Clinic Manager knew nothing about Social Work role and had limited contribution. Current Social Worker did most of the talking. Clinic Manager had nothing to contribute to the interview. Director of Operations held final interview which was more informative about the role of the social worker.
