I think they use a 2rd party recruiting company, but the person I interviewed with was 3 mins late and never apologized. I understand it was only 3 mins but a quick sorry would have been fine. While interviewing her camera kept moving up and down and in the background you could see people walking around which is very distracting. While I was in mid sentence someone came into the screen and hugged the recruiter. At this point I was done with the interview. Everything about it was unprofessional.
