Very thorough both over the phone and in person. However, the Sr. Director of Operations in Ogden, UT was very inappropriate in his opening statement, "I have needs". The statement definitely came across as predatory and NOT professional (delivery is everything). I was a bit taken aback, but thankfully got through the interview professionally though it was quite awkward. This position did not report to him at the time which was a relief. It did however, make for a very uncomfortable interview. I did not believe the behavior to be appropriate.
